The format should look something like this: “Dear Ms/Mr XXXXXXX, I am writing on behalf of YYYYYYYYYY who would like me to convey his/her gratitude for all that he has done for his company since joining them last year.” Please ensure the name at the top matches exactly what is listed under “Employer Name” in Section 4 below.” You may also include any other relevant information about what was discussed during this meeting (e.g., how long they’ve known each other).
What happens after submission?
Once you have submitted your application, the MEXT scholarship committee will review it and select up to 10 candidates to be invited for an interview. If you are one of those who are selected in this phase, then you will be notified by email regarding the date and time of your interview.
After completing an interview with members on the board of directors or other interested parties, it may take some time before they decide on whether or not to award scholarships based on your applications (the selection process often takes several weeks).
If selected as one of those who received an offer from MEXT Scholarship Committee then congratulations! You can expect a document containing details about how much money was awarded along with some instructions about how best use it during studies at university level
